Special note of recognition to Dr Smith and receptionist Bella. First. Bella rescheduled the same apt multiple times to accommodate me because I couldn't figure out my life. (I'm over 60 and get confused at times.) She was even able to switch my apt on the same day so that I would not have to miss another important engagement. Thanks Bella! I appreciate you! Now for Dr. Smith. Her bedside manner and soft spoken, humble manner is bar none at the top of the list of providers I have been serviced by. Third. Clean office and overall friendly staff and atmosphere. If you need periodontist work, look no further. IMO, even if this office is outside of your normal area to do business with, it is well be worth the extra travel time.

In my entire life of seeing Dentist and getting cleaning's, have i EVER experienced a totally pain free comfortable cleaning until today! Dr.Smith and my Hygienist Hedaia who actually cleaned my teeth were the absolute most Professional, Knowledgeable and Kind people Ever! I almost would've have fell asleep during the cleaning if it weren't for the water tool. 😄 the cleaning procedure they use is literally that comfortable on top of Hedaia being very attentive not to cause you any discomfort. I will not be going any place else besides here for my periodontal care. This Staff is Awesome and I'm so grateful I was referred to western reserve periodontics!!!

I set an appointment months in advance, Dr Smith tried rescheduling it because she made an appointment of her own at the same time & day. They called & ask if I can come in earlier which I couldn’t, they proceeded to tell me I would have to wait another two months to see her at the time I was scheduled for. Then went on saying they are canceling my appointment completely now based on I didn’t agree to the time change, asked “are you serious” for asking her to honor the months in advance appointment that was already set. In my opinion this is just very unprofessional & sad. You dont make appointments months in advance you can’t keep. It’s already bad enough we all have to wait months for Dr appointments in the first place! Then for the Dr to not honor them it makes it some sort of other messed up feeling! Thanks for the inconvenience & killing what hope I did have for my teeth here.

Dr. Sayuri Smith and team were a pleasure to work with! They were accommodating with my schedule and were excellent at explaining the process of the procedure. Friends were telling me about it being a painful procedure I didn't feel any discomfort at all nor for the time after when I was healing. I would highly recommend them and have already to friends and family!

As both a patient and a referring dentist, I can personally vouch that Dr. Smith and her team provide the absolute best periodontal (gum) care around. They attend to the individual needs and concerns of each patient, spending ample time for consultations and treatment. This office makes the patient feel like they are family at every visit. Highly recommended!
